Four promises, and what they do not cover

A guarantee with hidden conditions is a marketing line. Here is each promise in full, with the fine print next to it.

Working preview in 5 business days

You see a working preview of your project within 5 business days of the deposit, or you get the deposit back.

The fine print

The clock starts when your deposit has cleared. The preview is a working version of the main flows in your written scope, not the finished product.

  • The clock pauses on any business day we are waiting for something only you can provide, such as logins, content, brand files or an answer to a scoping question. We tell you each time it pauses.
  • It does not apply if the scope changes after the quote is accepted. A changed scope gets a new date in writing.
  • A preview is not a store release. App Store and Google Play review times are outside our control and are not part of this promise.
  • If we miss the date, you tell us and the deposit is refunded in full. You keep nothing to prove and owe nothing for the work done.

Fixed price

The number on the quote is the number you pay. Changes are quoted in writing before any work starts.

The fine print

The price on the written quote does not move because we find the work harder than we guessed.

  • Anything outside the written scope is quoted in writing first. You can say yes, no, or later.
  • Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, payment fees and AI model usage, are billed by those providers to your accounts and are not part of our price. We list the expected ones in the quote.

Your code from day one

Everything lives in a private repository in your own GitHub account and deploys to your own hosting account.

The fine print

Your project is built in a private repository in your own GitHub account and deploys to your own hosting account from the first day.

  • You hold the accounts, so there is nothing to transfer and nothing we can hold back.
  • Open-source libraries keep their own licenses. We list the notable ones in the handoff notes.
  • Final payment is due on the schedule in your quote. The ownership model does not depend on it, but we reserve the right to pause further work on unpaid invoices.

30-day bug warranty

Anything that does not work as specified in the 30 days after launch gets fixed at no cost.

The fine print

For 30 days after launch, anything that does not work as specified in the written scope gets fixed at no cost.

  • A bug is behavior that differs from the written scope. New features and changes of mind are new work and are quoted separately.
  • It does not cover problems caused by changes other people make to the code, or by third-party services changing or going down.
  • After 30 days, the Care plan covers ongoing fixes and updates.

If something goes wrong

Email hello@tantito.dev and say what happened. A person reads it, Eduardo, and you get a written answer. We would rather fix a problem or refund a deposit than argue about it.

These promises are summarized from the terms you accept with your written quote. If the two ever differ, the quote you signed governs. See also the terms.
