Website development for startups and small businesses, live in 7 days

If you are launching a startup or running a small business and need a credible website this week, our Launch Site package builds a custom, search-ready site of up to 8 pages for $1,900 fixed price, live in 7 days. It includes copywriting help, a contact form wired to your inbox, privacy-friendly analytics and deployment to your own hosting account. A working preview arrives within 5 business days of the deposit, or you get the deposit back.

For comparison, boutique agencies commonly charge $5,000 to $15,000 for a marketing site and take two to eight weeks, while freelancers run about $500 to $3,000 with uneven results. This page covers marketing and landing sites. If you need logins, payments or a database, you want custom web application development instead.

What is included

  • Up to 8 pages, with copywriting help
  • Custom design, mobile first, no templates
  • SEO and AI-search setup: schema, sitemap, Search Console and Bing
  • A contact form wired to your inbox
  • Privacy-friendly analytics
  • Deployment to your own hosting account
  • 2 revision rounds

What is not included

  • Online stores or booking systems with payments. Those are web app work.
  • More than 8 pages. Extra pages are quoted in writing before we add them.
  • Ongoing content writing or a blog strategy. We set up the structure, and you or a writer fill it.
  • Photography, video or logo design. We work with the assets you have, and can suggest where to get more.
  • Domain registration and hosting fees, which are billed to you directly (hosting for a site like this is typically low or free).
  • Paid advertising setup.

How the 7 days run

  1. Day 0: Deposit and a short brief. You send your offer, your best proof (customers, numbers you can verify, logos you have permission to use), and two or three sites you like.
  2. Days 1 to 3: We draft the page structure and copy, then build the design. A working preview link is with you by business day 5 at the latest.
  3. Days 4 to 5: You review copy and design. The first revision round happens here.
  4. Days 6 to 7: Second revision round, contact form testing, search setup, analytics, then launch on your domain.

Because the site costs under $3,000, payment is 50% to start and 50% when you accept the delivery. The guarantee page has the full terms.

Example sites this package fits

  • For example, a seed-stage software startup that needs a home page, product page, pricing, about, blog index and contact page to send to investors and early customers.
  • For example, a local physiotherapy clinic that needs service pages, a team page, location details and an easy contact form.
  • For example, a boutique consultancy with a services overview, three case-study layouts for future work, an about page and a booking link.
  • For example, a product waitlist site with a strong landing page, a short FAQ and an email signup connected to your mailing tool.

These are illustrations of scope, not past client work.

Technology we typically use

Defaults are Astro or Next.js, TypeScript, plain CSS or Tailwind, and static hosting on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare in your account. Static sites load fast and are cheap to host. Forms send to your inbox through a transactional email service, and analytics use a privacy-friendly tool. If you must use a particular CMS, tell us on the quote form and we will say how it affects the scope.

How “AI-built, human-verified” applies to a website

Agents build pages and layouts quickly, which is why the site is days, not weeks. A senior engineer then verifies the parts that determine whether the site actually works: mobile layouts on real viewport sizes, form delivery to your inbox, page speed, accessibility basics such as contrast and keyboard use, valid schema, canonical tags and a correct sitemap. A review of the copy catches claims you cannot back up. You get a launch checklist showing what was checked.

The main objection: why not Squarespace, Wix or a template?

For many people, those tools are a fine choice, and if you want to design and edit everything yourself, they might be better. Our package suits you if your time is worth more than the build effort, if you want custom design that does not look like a theme, and if search visibility matters. You also avoid a monthly platform fee, because the site is yours on cheap or free hosting, and the AI-search setup (structured data, clean headings and a sitemap) is part of the build rather than an add-on. See our pricing for what else is available.

When this is not the right fit

This package is not for content-heavy sites with hundreds of pages, multi-language sites or stores with large catalogs. Those need a different structure and a larger budget. It is also not ideal if you want to redesign weekly on your own, in which case a visual builder gives you more direct control. If your site is mainly a lead source, though, the combination of fast pages, clear copy and search setup is usually where a small business gets the most return.

Questions people ask

How much does a website cost?

Our Launch Site is $1,900 fixed price for up to 8 pages. Boutique agencies typically charge $5,000 to $15,000, and freelancers $500 to $3,000.

How long does it take to build the site?

7 days. You see a working preview within 5 business days of the deposit, or the deposit is refunded.

Is the design a template?

No. The design is custom and mobile first, built around your brand and content rather than a purchased theme.

Do you write the copy?

The package includes copywriting help. You share your offer, customers and proof, and we draft and tighten the page copy. You approve it during the revision rounds.

What does the SEO and AI-search setup include?

Structured data (schema), a sitemap, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster setup, sensible titles and descriptions, and clean headings, so search engines and AI assistants can understand and cite your pages.

Where is the site hosted and who owns it?

On your own hosting account, with the code in a private GitHub repository you own. There is no monthly platform fee to us, and you can move it anywhere.

Can I edit the site myself later?

Content updates are simple edits to text files in the repository, and the handoff notes explain how. For ongoing changes, the Care plan is $299/month, and Grow at $990/month includes up to 10 hours of improvements.
