AI-built, human-verified
AI agents do the building. A senior engineer checks every delivery against a published checklist. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
The delivery process
Eleven steps. You decide at two of them: approving the quote and approving the staging site.
Intake
You fill in the quote form or send a message. We read it and ask questions only if something blocks a quote.
Written scope
We write down what will be built, what will not, and what we need from you, in plain language you can approve.
Fixed quote
Within 1 business day you get one price and one delivery date. No hourly meter, no range.
Deposit
You pay the deposit on the payment schedule in your quote. The 5-business-day preview clock starts here.
Working preview in 5 business days
You get a link to a working preview of your project, built on your accounts. If we miss it, you get the deposit back.
Build
AI agents build the remaining work in small pieces. The human engineer reviews each piece before it merges.
Staging review
You test the near-final product on a staging site and tell us what to change. We walk through it on a call if you want.
Two revision rounds
Two rounds of changes within the agreed scope are included. Anything bigger is quoted in writing first.
Launch on your accounts
We deploy to your own hosting, domain and payment accounts. Nothing depends on an account we control.
Handoff
You get the repository, environment notes, runbook and a short walkthrough. The 30-day bug warranty starts at launch.
Optional care plan
If you want ongoing monitoring, updates and improvements, the Care and Grow plans are month to month. You can also hand the code to anyone.
The QA checklist, published
Every delivery has to clear all five groups before a preview or launch goes out. This is the proof behind "human-verified."
Tests
- Automated tests for the core user flows and business rules
- Tests run on every change, and the results are reviewed, not just collected
- Manual walkthrough of every flow in the written scope before you see the preview
Security review
- Authentication and permissions checked on every protected route and action
- Secrets kept out of the code and out of the browser
- Dependencies checked for known vulnerabilities
- User input validated on the server, not just in the form
Accessibility
- Everything usable with a keyboard alone
- Visible focus states and meaningful labels on form fields
- Text contrast checked against WCAG AA
- Works at mobile widths and with reduced motion
Performance
- Pages and screens load quickly on a mid-range phone
- Images sized and compressed, fonts self-hosted
- No unneeded third-party scripts
- Database queries checked on the screens that list data
Code review by the human engineer
- Eduardo reviews every change the agents make before it ships
- Anything that cannot be explained in review gets rewritten until it can
- Eduardo signs off on each delivery and is accountable for it
- The repository, history and notes are yours to inspect
About the process
Do AI agents really write the code?
Yes, most of the first draft. Agents are fast at writing code, tests and documentation. They are also confidently wrong in ways that are easy to miss, which is why every delivery is read and tested by a senior engineer before you see it.
Who is the human engineer?
Eduardo, the founder, reviews and signs off on every delivery and is the person you hold accountable. There is no outsourced team.
Can I see the checklist applied to my project?
Yes. At staging review you can ask for the completed checklist for your project. It lists what was checked, how, and anything we found and fixed.
What do you need from me during the build?
Quick answers and the inputs named in your written scope, such as content, logos and logins. Delays on those inputs are the main thing that can move a date, and we tell you early when we are waiting on one.
