Privacy policy

What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what the form asks for: your name, email, optional company, project type, budget range, timeline, a description of your project, and how you heard about us. If you email us, we keep the email.
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare your quote, and keep a record of the conversation. We use your email to respond to you and, if you become a client, to run the project. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.
Where it is stored and who sees it
- Quote requests are stored in Notion, which we use as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and may also be sent to us as an email notification.
- The site and the quote form run on Vercel. The form blocks spam with a hidden field and a timing check, without cookies or third-party scripts.
- Email notifications are delivered through Resend.
- We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal profiles.
These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and client records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@tantito.dev and we will respond.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics do not use them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
