MVP development services for founders who need a real product fast

If you are a startup founder with a validated idea and no engineering team, our MVP development service gets you a launchable web product for $6,900 (Core) or $11,900 (Plus), fixed price, in 2 to 4 weeks. You see a working preview within 5 business days of the deposit, or you get the deposit back. AI agents do the building, and one senior engineer reviews and signs off on every delivery. Fixed price, fixed date, your code.

That is the short version of a larger gap in the market. Agencies commonly quote $25,000 to $150,000 and three to six months for a web MVP. We built this package for the founder holding one of those quotes who needs a product in front of customers this month, not next year. For the full cost picture, read our MVP development cost guide.

What is included in the MVP package

Core ($6,900)

  • Up to 6 main screens
  • Login and user accounts
  • A production database
  • Stripe payments
  • An admin panel so you can see and manage users and data

Plus ($11,900) includes everything in Core, expanded to:

  • Up to 12 screens
  • 2 third-party integrations
  • One AI feature
  • Analytics
  • Onboarding emails

Both tiers include a staging demo before launch, production deployment to your accounts, and 2 revision rounds per milestone. The 30-day bug warranty starts at launch.

What is not included

Honest limits are what keep a fixed price safe.

  • Native iOS or Android apps (see mobile app MVP development).
  • Features beyond the agreed screens and integrations. We quote extras in writing first.
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and API usage. You pay those directly to the provider.
  • Ongoing development after the warranty. The optional Care plan ($299/month) and Grow plan ($990/month) cover that, and you can also hire anyone else, since you own everything.

How an MVP build runs

  1. Day 0: You send the quote request and pay the deposit. We lock the scope sheet in writing.
  2. Days 1 to 5: Agents scaffold the app, the data model and the core flow. You get a working preview link by business day 5.
  3. Weeks 2 to 3: Remaining screens, payments, admin and integrations. You review each milestone and use your 2 revision rounds.
  4. Final week: Staging demo, security and test pass, then production deployment to your accounts.

For projects of $3,000 and up, payment is 30% to start, 40% at the staging demo and 30% at launch. See how we work for the detail.

Example MVPs this package fits

  • For example, a subscription marketplace where freelancers list services and buyers pay through Stripe, with an admin panel to approve listings.
  • For example, a B2B scheduling tool where small clinics book recurring appointments and get email reminders.
  • For example, a niche analytics product where users connect a data source, see a dashboard and pay monthly.
  • For example, a Plus-tier coaching platform with onboarding emails and an AI feature that summarizes each session.

These are illustrations of scope, not past client work.

Technology we typically use

Our defaults are TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres (often on Supabase), Stripe, and OpenAI or Anthropic APIs when the product needs an AI feature. We adapt to your constraints. If your advisor insists on a different stack or your hosting is already chosen, tell us on the quote form.

How “AI-built, human-verified” applies to an MVP

Agents write the code quickly. That is where the speed and the price come from. Verification is where the trust comes from. Before you see a delivery, a senior engineer reviews the code, runs the automated test suite, checks authentication, payment webhooks and database access rules, and runs a dependency and secrets scan. The same engineer is accountable for the result. If something we shipped does not work as specified within 30 days of launch, we fix it at no cost.

The main objection: will an AI-built MVP survive real users and investor scrutiny?

This is the right question, and it is why the code is plain and boring on purpose. You get a normal repository, tests, a README and handoff notes, so a technical advisor or a future hire can read it in an afternoon. The product is also scoped small. An MVP does not need to handle a million users. It needs to handle your first hundred customers correctly, charge them reliably and give you data. When you outgrow it, any competent developer can extend it, because there is no proprietary platform underneath.

When this is not the right fit

Skip this package if your product needs regulated-data compliance, heavy real-time features such as live video, or a large marketplace with complex matching logic from day one. Those need more discovery than a fixed 2 to 4 week build allows, and we would rather say so on the first call than stretch the scope. Also skip it if you have not yet talked to a single potential customer. The most useful MVP is one built around a problem you have already confirmed, and a Core build is cheap enough that you can test, learn and rebuild the next version with real data.

If you are still choosing between product types, our guides on what it costs to build an app and fixed price versus hourly development explain the trade-offs. Working preview in 5 business days

You see a working preview of your project within 5 business days of the deposit, or you get the deposit back.

Fixed price

The number on the quote is the number you pay. Changes are quoted in writing before any work starts.

Your code from day one

Everything lives in a private repository in your own GitHub account and deploys to your own hosting account.

30-day bug warranty

Anything that does not work as specified in the 30 days after launch gets fixed at no cost.

Questions people ask

How much does MVP development cost with Tantito?

The Core MVP is $6,900 and the Plus MVP is $11,900, both fixed price. Traditional agencies typically quote $25,000 to $150,000 for a comparable web MVP. Founding clients (the first 5) get 30% off.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

2 to 4 weeks from the deposit to production. You see a working preview within 5 business days, or the deposit comes back.

What is the difference between Core and Plus?

Core covers up to 6 main screens, login, a database, Stripe payments and an admin panel. Plus raises that to up to 12 screens and adds 2 third-party integrations, one AI feature, analytics and onboarding emails.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, from day one. The code lives in a private repository in your GitHub account and deploys to your own hosting accounts. There is no lock-in and nothing to buy out later.

What if I need a feature that is not in the scope?

Changes are quoted in writing before any work starts, so the price you signed never moves silently. Many founders ship the Core scope first and add features after real users show what matters.

Can an investor or technical co-founder review the code?

Yes. It is standard TypeScript in a normal repository with tests, a README and handoff notes. A senior engineer reviews every delivery before you see it.

Is a mobile app part of the MVP package?

No. This package is a responsive web product. If you need iOS and Android apps, see the mobile app MVP package at $9,900 over 4 weeks.
